What Is the 5,000 Booking Campaign?
The 5,000 Booking Campaign is a Life4Rent platform initiative created to encourage quality listings and genuine marketplace activity.
Under this campaign, users may receive booking credit for approved listings. Booking credit can be used directly inside Life4Rent toward bookings and is designed to help activate real rentals while preserving platform safety, trust, and integrity.
This campaign does not involve cash payments, withdrawals, or earnings. It is a usage-based credit system intended to support participation within the Life4Rent ecosystem.
How the 5,000 Booking Campaign Works
The campaign is intentionally simple and structured.
Create a Listing
Users can create listings on Life4Rent across supported categories. There is no limit to how many listings a user may create.
Listing Review & Approval
Listings are reviewed to ensure they meet Life4Rent's standards for accuracy, quality, transparency, and compliance. Only approved listings are eligible for credit.
Credit Is Added
Once approved, €5 booking credit is added to your account. Credit is capped at €100 per user (maximum of 20 approved listings).
Listings approved after the credit cap is reached continue to function normally but do not generate additional credit.
What Is Booking Credit?
Booking credit is an internal platform credit that can be used only inside Life4Rent.
Booking credit:
- Has no cash value
- Is non-withdrawable
- Cannot be transferred or sold
- Is applied automatically at checkout where eligible
- Can be used toward bookings on Life4Rent
Booking credit is NOT:
- a payout
- earnings
- income
- compensation
- a reward payable in cash
Using Booking Credit
When making a booking on Life4Rent:
- Available booking credit is automatically applied at checkout
- Credit is deducted from the booking subtotal
- Any remaining balance is paid using standard payment methods
Booking credit cannot be applied to:
- security deposits
- off-platform transactions
- withdrawals or transfers
Unused booking credit may expire or be removed at Life4Rent's discretion, as outlined in the campaign Terms & Conditions.
Quality, Safety, and Platform Integrity
The 5,000 Booking Campaign is designed to benefit genuine users and real rental activity.
Life4Rent actively monitors participation to ensure the campaign is used as intended.
Prohibited activity includes:
- creating duplicate or linked accounts
- self-booking (booking your own listings)
- coordinated or artificial booking behavior
- submitting misleading, fabricated, or low-quality listings
- attempting to exploit the campaign in bad faith
Life4Rent reserves the right to revoke booking credit, remove users from the campaign, and take enforcement action where necessary to protect marketplace trust.

Participation in the campaign does not create any entitlement or contractual right to receive booking credit.
